Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and risk assessments
Draft and review contracts and legal documents
Handle legal matters and negotiations on behalf of employers
Assist in resolving disputes and conflicts
Stay up-to-date on the latest laws and regulations and provide compliance advice
Requirements:
Legal background and a licensed attorney
Excellent logical analysis and communication skills
Familiarity with corporate law, contract law, and related laws and regulations
High sense of responsibility and the ability to independently handle complex legal matters
Presentation in private practice or as corporate legal counsel preferred
Salary:
Hourly rate: $35-$65, negotiable based on experience
